Bullhorn respects the privacy and security of its users. The information you provide to Bullhorn is used selectively by us to help provide you with products and services provided by Bullhorn. In order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy, we have prepared this statement disclosing the privacy practices for the Bullhorn site. What information is collected?

Bullhorn asks you to provide various types of personally identifiable information to enhance the quality of the service we can provide to you. As part of the process of using the site, Bullhorn asks for information such as your name, e-mail address, home address, fax number, mobile number, data regarding your identity, medical details as contained on any prescription or other supporting information that you provide to us, whether by email, telephone, fax or post and comments from you relating to what you require. How we protect your information?

In addition, any user statistics that we may provide to prospective partners regarding your Bullhorn usage are provided in the aggregate only and do not include any individually identifiable information. We will respond to your request within 40 days. We reserve the right to charge £10 for complying with a subject access request.

Security

Except if provided to others in the circumstances set out in this Policy, the data supplied by you will be kept on the Website’s secured servers and computer systems, protected from outside intrusions.

At Bullhorn we use secure encryption through "Verisign" secure sockets layer (SSL). Using this secure method is the preferred methods for secure transmission of data. Using Versign, which are the market leaders in SSL, the website can secure your private information and information exchanges with any address beginning with https and can encrypt it using SSL before transmission. When navigating through our site look at the bottom of the page for the VeriSign logo or a padlock, this will tell you how the site’s security is managed. All this is done to ensure maximum protection and a smooth transaction.
